Champagne Cruise

Day 1: Paris

Welcome aboard from 17h00. The time to feel like home, Champagne is ready. Light diner on the yacht. Relaxing before a good night sleep, have a glass chatting or just dreaming at the stars.

Day 2: Paris Meaux

The journey starts early morning sailing through Paris having breakfast.
Up the Marne to Nogent, Joinville le Pont, "Guinguettes country" one of favourite impressionists spots.
Join the Chef for your first lesson: What to do with a whole chicken. Lunch and Champagne.
Reaching Meaux, famous for Brie and exquisite mustard, time to visit the Episcopal Town of Bossuet.
Diner in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.

Day 3: Meaux la Ferté-sous-Jouarre

Before departure let's get fresh bread and croissants with the chef or wait for them cocooning.
Sailing away on breakfast. Then why not biking along the canal de L'Ourcq we'll pick you up on the way.
For the cooking addicts it will be "Tapas" à la Française. Lunch on the yacht and more Champagne.
Special visit in Jouarre, to the largest Merovingian crypts in Europe, and the last Brie traditional cave.
Diner in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.

Day 4: La-Ferté-sous-Jouarre Château Thierry

After breakfast you'll go biking through villages full of history or admire the country from the yacht.
The cooking course will suit vegetables lovers. Diet lunch on the yacht to get ready for the evening.
From Château Thierry start the vineyard tour to Domaine Jean de Telmont.
Special Champagne Diner.

Day 5 : Château Thierry La-Ferté-sous-Jouarre

Lazy morning after breakfast with a visit round Château Thierry, birth town of Jean de La Fontaine.
Lunch in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.
Afternoon cruising downstream. Your cooking lessons: everything about the soups.
Diner on the Yacht. Evening conference: French Cuisine Today Myth or Reality.

Day 6 : la Ferté-sous-Jouarre Meaux

Breakfast in La Ferté sous Jouarre off the docks builded with millstone.
Visit to first world war memorial and some high spots of this dramatic period.
Lunch in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.
Afternoon cruising downstream. Your cooking course: Preparing fish.
Diner on the Yacht. Evening conference: French wines facing the world.

Day 7: Meaux Paris

Early start on breakfast to reach Joinville le Pont for lunch in a guinguette.
Free afternoon for wandering on impressionists footsteps.
Cruising end afternoon to enter Paris by Night while dining.
And of course Champagne,Champagne,Champagne.............

Day 8: Paris

Breakfast on the yacht. End of cruise. Departure until 10 AM. Transfert as requested.
