Day 1: Paris

Welcome aboard from 17h00. The time to feel like home, Champagne is ready. Light diner on the yacht. Relaxing before a good night sleep, have a glass chatting or just dreaming at the stars.

Day 2: Paris Chatou

The journey starts early morning sailing downstream away from Paris having breakfast.
Down the Seine along the "Bois de Boulogne" it's a boat show on both sides.
Join the Chef for your first lesson: Omelettes and other eggs recipes. Lunch and wines tastings.
Reaching Chatou Impressionists' island early afternoon, visit to Fournaise museum.
Diner at "La Maison Fournaise" where Degas, Manet, Monet, Maupassant and Renoir use to meet.

Day 3: Chatou Auvers sur Oise

For breakfast, get fresh bread and croissants with the chef, or wait for them cocooning.
Morning cruising to Auvers. Lunch on the yacht.
Your cooking lessons: cutting techniques and their influences on the taste.
In the afternoon visit of Auvers. Wine tasting at the "Pressoir Auversois" Diner at "Maison Ravoux"

Day 4: Auvers sur Oise Mantes la Jolie

Breakfast cruising down the Oise to meet the Seine in Conflans St Honorine.
Heading down the Seine again relax on the deck or learn about Clafoutis and Tarts.Lunch on the yacht.
Once in Mantes La Jolie transfert to Giverny for a visit to Monet's gardens.
Diner in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.

Day 5: Mantes la Jolie Conflans St Honorine

After breakfast the visit of Mantes will surprise you with hidden treasures.
Lunch in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.
Afternoon cruising upstream to Conflans. With the Chef: Long cooking, Short cooking.
Overnight in the capital of the French inland waterways.
Diner on the yacht. Evening conference: French wines facing the world.

Day 6: Conflans St Honorine Chatou

Breakfast, and off to St Germain en Laye castle, birth place of Louis the fourteenths.
Lunch on the yacht sailing upstream. Your cooking course: Wines in sauces.
Arrival in Chatou in the afternoon time enough to wander in the antiques fair (in spring and autumn).
You can also visit "La Malmaison" Home of Joséphine first wife of Napoleon the first.
Diner in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.

Day 7: Chatou Paris

Early start on breakfast for a wandering day cruise.
Conference: French Cuisine Today Myth or Reality.
Back at the Eiffel Tower after sailing through Paris during lunch.
In the evening concert, theatre or any show as requested.
Late diner at Le Taxi Jaune, unforgettable place next to Beaubourg.

Day 8 : Paris

Breakfast on the yacht. End of cruise. Departure until 10 AM. Transfert as requested.
