Day 1: Paris

Welcome aboard from 17h00. The time to feel like home, Champagne is ready. Light diner on the yacht. Relaxing before a good night sleep, have a glass chatting or just dreaming at the stars.

Day 2: Paris Melun

The journey starts early morning sailing through Paris having breakfast.
Up the Seine following the route of Flaubert's heroes Frederic Moreau meeting M and Mrs Arnoux.
Join the Chef for your first lesson: Salads ballad. Lunch and wine tastings.
Reaching Melun, Let's go to Barbizon. Diner at the "Hôtellerie du Bas Bréau", Stevenson's House.

Day 3: Melun St Mammès

For breakfast,get fresh bread and croissants with the chef, or wait for them cocooning.
Then on the way to Vaux le Vicomte castle of Louis the fourteenth's rival, Nicolas Fouquet.
Lunch in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.
Afternoon cruising upstream. Your cooking lessons: everything about soups.
Visit of St Mammès, typical bargees village. Diner on the Yacht. Cheeses and wines tastings.

Day 4: St Mammès Nemours

Breakfast while sailing up the Loing to catch the first lock leading to the canal.
In the morning take a peaceful walk through Moret sur Loing to pay tribute to Alfred Sisley.
Lunch on the yacht, then relax on the deck or learn about quiches and tourtes.
Overnight in Nemours, medieval city and birth Town of Dupont de Nemours Company's founder.
Diner in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.

Day 5: Nemours St Mammès

After breakfast discover the city of Dukes and the Prehistory museum.
Lunch on the yacht. Your cooking lesson: seafood, river food.
Afternoon canal cruising towards Moret sur loing.
Diner at the "Relais de Pont Loup". Evening conference: French wines facing the world.

Day 6: St Mammès Melun

Breakfast and off to Fontainebleau castle, a pearl of history.
Lunch on the yacht sailing downstream. Your cooking course: Preparing poultry .
Arrival in Melun at the "Port de la Reine Blanche" end afternoon.
Visit of the Church to which the famous "Diptyque de Melun" painted by Jean Fouquet were dedicated.
Diner in a restaurant or on the yacht as requested.

Day 7: Melun Paris

Early start on breakfast for a wandering day cruise.
Stop at Evry lock and Visit to Madame de Pompadour beloved village Etiolles.
Afternoon conference: French Cuisine Today Myth or Reality.
Enter Paris by Night while dining, experimenting the typical "French paradox" menu.

Day 8 : Paris

Breakfast on the yacht. End of cruise. Departure until 10 AM. Transfert as requested
