General sales conditions

Clause 1: MAREINE Navires Company assists the customers under contract with her or with tours operators, travel agencies, or any go-betweens contracting her services stated in clause 2.

Clause 2: At disposal an inland waterway or a sea cruising boat with her appropriate crew. Supply of beverages, foods, domestic products, fuel and gas. Taxes and passengers insurances included. Meals cooked according to chosen option. Hotel and, or, restaurant services aboard. Lessons for initiation to French traditional cooking, tasting and choosing wines. Escort if wanted for visits and restaurant discovery meals included or not in the contract. (Extra cost according to visit and meal prices for the escort). Help to translation French English and French German for usual life matters. Help for organizing optional orders included or not in the contract. Historic tips about the traveled regions. |

Clause 3: MAREINE Navires Company cannot be held responsible for any delays not of her fact due to unexpected events during the cruise, neither for any disagreements from extra cruise contractors chosen by the customer. MAREINE Navires Company may have to modify or to cancel all or part of the cruise in case of sailing impossibility. Service on boad will be provided on the call spot untill the navigation starts again.. |

Clause 4: Cost of options included taxes: beverages, food, visits, etc. (included MAREINE Navires company's employees) will de paid directly by the customer to each provider. |

Clause 5: In no circumstances MAREINE Navires Company will act on behalf of the owner of the ship to remedy any break down or damages and cannot be held responsible for disagreements issued from these facts. |

Clause 6: For safety reasons and in order to preserve the motor yacht it is strictly FORBIDDEN: to walk around the motor yacht on the teak deck with aggressive town shoes (for example, high heels) , to crush fagend on the deck and to smoke inside the yacht. MAREINE Navires Company has the right to cancel and interrupt her duty, without any reimbursement or compensation, in case of customers or guests acting against security rules that could lead to any claim on her civil or penal liability. |

Clause 7: Fees due to MAREINE Navires Company will be paid according to the terms of the contract applying to each cruise. In any case the entire amount due will have to be credited on Mareine Navires company's bank account 31 (thirty one days) before the cruise starts to confirm the booking. Cancellation policy: up to 61(sixty one) days before departure 50% deposit cancellation penalty, 60(sixty) to 31(thirty one) days before departure total deposit cancellation penalty, from 30(thirty) days to 16(sixteen) days before departure 50% of the total charter fee cancellation penalty, less than 16(sixteen) days before departure 100% of the total charter fee cancellation penalty. Cancellation insurance as health, accident and civil liability insurance are recommanded for all customers. |

Clause 8: If any litigation appears and no amicably agreement is found, claims shall be done within the jurisdiction of the tribunal arbitral of Montereau Seine et Marne France. |
