Domaine de la Rochepinal - Hervé Denis  Montlouis/Loire

Some producers talk about "reasoned culture", "biological production". Since already 13 years I introduced a concept of wine culture which gives back to the ground its fundamental role of plants' development and not on a dead support that is artificially nourished with chemical fertilizers.I simply gave life to the ground by resuming the microbiological activity of soil. I am truly convinced to respect the soil and the authentic wine-growing.

Domaine de Veilloux - Michel Quenioux Cheverny

The vineyard is cultivated according to biodynamic principles. We use only sulphur, Bordeaux mixture and plant infusions. Our production is inspected and certified by ECOCERT.We have replaced chemical weed-killing by working the soil to improve the vines' rooting systems and microbe life.In order to preserve the expression of the terroir, we make wine without adjunction of yeast and we do limit the use of sulfites.
